We answer messages and emails in the order they are received and respond as promptly as possible.

Once an order is placed, our warehouse team moves fast—most orders are packed and shipped within 24 hours. Because of this quick turnaround, we can’t always guarantee address changes.
If you spot an error, please email us immediately with your name and order number. We’ll do our best to correct it before your package ships, but once it leaves our warehouse, changes may no longer be possible.

Orders placed before 2:30 PM PST typically process the same day. Most packages are ready to ship within 24 hours.

Our warehouse processes and ships out all orders Mondays - Fridays (excluding major holidays). After placing your order, your package should be shipped out within 1 business day after your order is placed, and you will receive an email with the tracking number soon after. 

Our warehouse team moves fast, so if you notice an error, please email us ASAP with your name and order number. We’ll do our best to catch your package before it ships. While we can’t guarantee changes—especially once an order leaves our warehouse—we’ll do everything we can to help.

Simply go to the Track My Order link on the Home Page or in the Main Menu and input your tracking number to see where your package is. If you need further assistance, we are always willing to help you.

 

Often, tracking numbers will only function on domestic orders, as foreign postal systems will not update the location of the package in our carriers' systems.

If your order is domestic and the tracking number doesn't work, please let us know so we can make sure that your items were properly shipped.

All domestic (U.S) delivery issues become the responsibility of USPS once it’s been shipped from our warehouse. You can contact USPS at (800) 275-8777 to locate your package at your local post office.

If any of your purchased items are missing or are damaged please contact us immediately to resolve the issue. We have a Money Back Guarantee which lasts 30 days prior to the delivery of your order so make sure to contact us within that time frame.
